MCU Rewa campus completely believes that a healthy mind only resides in a healthy body. The students at our university are always made to understand the importance of yoga. It means addition-addition of energy, strength and beauty to body, mind and soul. The faculty and students are sensitized regarding the positive effect of yoga in the mind and soul. Yoga in daily life is a system of practice consisting of eight levels of development in the areas of physical, mental, social and spiritual health. When the body is physically healthy, the mind is clear, focused and stress is under control.
