How to Apply For admission?
- Only Online applications are accepted for entrance test for admission. Application is valid only after receiving prescribed fees.
- For filling online application, please visit University website www.mcu.ac.in or directly go to MPOnline website at https://mcrpv.mponline.gov.in/
- Please read all instructions carefully before filling the application form.
- You can download the prospectus in digital form from the University’s website www.mcu.ac.in
- A Candidate can apply for any number of programmes from the same group or from more than one group. For this he/she must fill separate form and pay the requisite fees for each programme.
- For filling online form please click on link Apply for Admission Entrance Test. Fill the form for selected programme and pay the fees. If you want to fill the form for another programme of the same group, please follow the link “Click to apply additional course in Same Group” and give your previous application number to continue. To fill application form for another group you must fill fresh application.
- Online application fee for the admission test is Rs. 300/- (Rs. 50/- portal fee extra) for General and OBC candidates. For SC/ST candidates of M.P., application fee is waved off only portal fee Rs. 50 is payable.
- A Candidate can apply for any number of programmes. For each additional programme a separate form of Rs.200/- (Rs. 50/- portal fee extra) is to be submitted. SC/ST candidates of M.P. can apply for any number of programmes with only portal fee Rs.50 is changeable for each programme.
- University will not accept any unpaid application form; therefore, each applicant must ensure that he/she have the online fees and got the receipt.
- Last date of filing online applications is 31 May 2019.
- Admission to the programmes will be done on merit list prepared based on Entrance Exam followed by an interview, conducted by the University. The entrance exam is divided into following groups. Common entrance exam shall be conducted for each group in which different programmesare included. programmes, their eligibility and their groups are as follows:

Entrance exam shall be conducted for group “A”, “B” and “C” on Sunday, 09thJune 2019. Entrance exam will be conducted at Bhopal, Jabalpur, Indore, Khandwa, Raipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Patna, Ranchi, Jaipur and Noida.
TIME OF ENTRANCE EXAM:
Group A – 09.00 to 11.30 AM
Group B – 12.00AM to 2.00 NOON
Group C – 02.30 PM to 04.30 PM
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION PATTERN:
- The entrance examination will be held in two phases.The first phase is a written examination and in the second phase an interview will be conducted for short listed candidates.The written examination of the first phase will be based on objective and descriptive questions. Group “A” question papers will be for a period of 2.00 or 2.30 hours. Candidates who have applied for one programme of group “A” will have to complete the question paper in 2:00 hours time. Those candidates who have applied for more than one programme in group “A” will be given 30 minutes extra to solve the question papers of the additional group i.e. total time of 2.30 hours will be given. Objective type questions will be based on general knowledge, reasoning, language skills and creativity. Descriptive questions will be based on general knowledge, Media knowledge, writing skills, thinking ability and language proficiency.
- For Group “B” questions related to quantitative techniques, fact analysis, logic, language skills and general knowledge will be asked in the entrance examination. Duration of exam for this group will be of 2:00 Hrs.
- For Group “C” MCA-3-year programme , Questions related to logical, mathematical abilities and computer awareness will be asked in the examination. Questions related to logical, mathematical capabilities and computer skills will be asked in the MCA-2-year Lateral Entry Courses exam. Duration of exam for this group will be of 2:00 Hrs.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE STUDENTS:
- Selected candidates will be called for interview based on the marks obtained in the written test.Information regarding this will be given on the University website www.mcu.ac.in.
- The final list of selected candidates will be prepared on the basis of total marks of written exam and interview. The list will be displayed on the website. Student must get the information from website.The student must bear the responsibility of all the information provided in application form regarding educational and other essential qualification.
- It is mandatory to produce all the original documents/marksheets at the time of admission.
- Those who have appeared for their final year of eligibility examination are also eligible to apply provided they submit proof of clearing the eligibility examination and marks obtained at the time of admission.
- Admit card which contains entrance exam centre details & roll number will be made available for download from the date specified (from 4 to 9 June 2019) to the candidates online from the MPonline portal at https://mcrpv.mponline.gov.in. Student must print and bring it with an ID card in the exam hall.
- After the written entrance exam, result, shortlisted candidates for interview and the final list of selected candidates according to programmes will be made available online at the university website www.mcu.ac.in.
