Partial classes started at MCU. Regular classes will be held in next two to three months in the University campus
Bhopal 7th January 2021: Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of journalism and communication started their regular (offline) classes, partially from Thursday. Professor KG Suresh welcomed the students. during the same the COVID protocol was also followed like wearing the masks and social distancing. The VC announced that according to the new system, the students will be attending the University once in a week. The classes will be held to clarify the doubts of the students, if any. For the rest of the days online classes will be held as usual. There is also a plan to start regular offline classes in the university within 2 to 3 months. VC sir also announced that in the next session, the university will be shifted to the new campus. Hall of fame will be developed in the new campus. Here the name of renowned student’s of the university will be displayed.
Addressing the students of advertising and Public Relations department, he said that currently there is a shortage of creative and good copywriters in the advertising and film industry. The students of the University May fill in the void. VC Sir cited the example of Amul to the student’s and said that they must study the Amul campaign. It will help them to think new and create new.
Professor KG Suresh said that successful people do not do different work, rather they do work in a different manner. We will have to accept everything with optimism an should throw away narrowness and negativity from within. We will have to put it in our 100% efforts in the field of our work. we will have to do something innovative and something different. the goal of the students must be that my university must be remembered for me. At this occasion, the registrar of the university professor Avinash Bajpai dean academics and head, department of advertising and Public Relations professor Pavitra Srivastava were also present along with all the other faculties.
